I could keep it simple and just say that EZTux is fantastic but I’m not going to. I’d been looking for a decent tux for about 3 weeks when I finally gave them a call. I know what I’m looking for when I buy and and it was a complete bust finding a tux locally and I was at a total loss.
This is where Mike at EZTux came to the rescue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and his customer service was world class. On his recommendation I ended up buying the Michael Craig Skyfall Midnight blue with a shawl collar. I’m short and a little stocky so it’s always been a challenge getting the right fit. The tux fit almost perfectly. The cut was nice and the fabric above par for a tux at this price point. I was so impressed with the service I received I decided to buy everything from them.

We were looking for suits online and came to find a perfect suit for myself and my Groomsmen but several companies stated that this particular suit was not being made anymore. It was depressing news to read but my lovely fiance, found this company and they were able to replicate the entire suit and made the suit even more comfortable. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and our wedding colors are lilac, heather grey, and ivory. I wanted my groom to wear either heather grey or ivory. We searched every single men's formal wear store in the city! We couldn't find any light colored suits and we were running out of time; our wedding is in 10 days!!!

Just wanted to thank you again for expediting the shipment of the midnight blue skyfall tuxedo. As you said it is a very nice tuxedo and it fit perfectly. The only thing I had to was get the pants hemmed. Also, the size 40 pants fit. The 38 would have been too small. I think it has to do with the flat front. I received lots of compliments on the tux.

Fantastic. One simple word that describes my experience with EZ Tuexdo. Long story short - I needed a new cumberbund in less than 72 hours. I fell in love with an Ike Behar set on the site. I haven't delt with any tuxedo competitors, but I have dealt with customer service with companies that was just awful and unhelpful.
Here's how my order with you has gone so far: I forgot to put my house number on the initial order and instead of me waiting and waiting and eventually asking where my package is, you contacted me saying I forgot my house number.
I e-mailed that I needed to exchange the size and you replied within an hour of where to send them and what would happen.
Before I could even send you an e-mail saying they should be there today, you e-mailed me first saying you received them and the replacement was being sent out.
This is outstanding customer service.

Seven weeks ago I knew nothing about tuxedos. I'd only worn one twice in my life, at my HS prom and my wedding. So when I received tickets to the inaugural swearing in ceremony I figured I simply rent a tuxedo. Wrong! The cheap ones are cheap and the better quality rentals are more than half the price to buy your own. So I began to research tuxedos and after four weeks I felt I had found what I wanted and the best buy. It was at EZ Tuxedo.
After using their website which was very easy to navigate and use, I felt ready to place my order. I had a few questions before I did so and found Mike to be exceptionally helpful. The tux I wanted couldn't be shipped in time for me to use if for the inauguration and Mike was very helpful in helping me find another tux of equal quality in my price range. I bought a tuxedo package that Mike put together for me even though it wasn't listed as a package. I ordered shoes, shirt, bow tie, vest and tux, all of which arrived two days earlier than I thought. And when I tried on the jacket today I was immediately transformed into an elegant adult. Had I looked this good on my wedding day I might still be married!
I recommend EZ Tuxedo for anyone looking to buy or even rent a tux. The service and quality of their product is second to none. And they're nice people too. Which makes a huge difference when you are a novice.

I wanted to update you on the concert that my band performed on April 7th. The tails were a great success! You were right on all counts. The microfiber material was very cool, much better than wool. It doesn't show wrinkles at all and it has a much better shape than any manmade material I've ever worn. The members of the band (who were in their own tux/uniform) were thrilled that the director thought enough of them to go out and get the tailcoat, so you were right again about the conductor needing to be better dressed than the band. The coat worked well with conducting (having my arms raised most of the time) which I know is not a usual situation when one is wearing a tux, but the material flexes very well for this purpose. Sorry I didn't get a picture, but the concert hall was packed and we did get a standing ovation at the end. thanks for all your help!

I was going to start this testimonial with the statement that "you can rent a tux anywhere", but honestly that's not true. In the spring of 2012 I was looking for over a dozen midnight blue tuxedos for my wedding in the fall. Only a few places in the country had the style and color that I was looking for. Mike got them for me, and at a good price.
As impressive as that was, it's not why I decided to go with EzTuxedo for my order. My bride was a bit nervous about ordering from an internet retailer. Our wedding was over 1300 miles away from EzTuxedo's facility. There was another vendor located much closer who could get the tuxedo I was looking for. Why would I potentially borrow trouble by renting from a place almost half a continent away? What if the tuxedos arrived late? What if they were the wrong size? What if aliens abducted the delivery guy?
After my initial contact with Mike it became apparent that he knew what he was talking about and stood by his product. The other vendor I talked to seemed hesitant to guarantee that they would take care of any problems that arose since I had such a large and complex order. Simply put, it was Mike's expertise and the superior level of service all through the process that convinced me to go with EzTuxedo.
I wasn't disappointed! I'm a very detail oriented guy. Mike personally worked with me every step of the way. He explained to me all about the supply chain, why my tux was a difficult color/style combination to find, how he was going to get them for me, and how he would handle any sizing or shipping issues. It was apparent that Mike had a couple of decades in the business and he was putting all of that expertise at my disposal. From little measurement and fitting tips, to the special "hang-up" shipping containers, Mike had it covered. Everything showed up on time and when we had bumps in the road (like one of our ushers submitting the wrong shoe size or a jacket that didn't fit quite right) Mike's team got us replacement items shipped out promptly.
For certain events in life, you have to get them right the first time. There are no do-overs. I'm happy to say that when I was standing at the altar with my beautiful bride, I was looking my best. I'm very thankful to Mike and the EzTuxedo team for all of their experience, hard work, and the excellent service they provided in order to help make me and the guys in my wedding look like superstars!

The vest fit perfectly -- you were right that they ran large so a medium was good. Quality of product was excellent! Trying to learn how to tie the bow tie via YouTube 30 minutes before it was time to leave didn't work out, but I was able to find someone before the event started to tie it for me. 33" was a good sleeve length, it's exactly right, no need to take it to get adjusted. The feel of the shirt is amazing; it's 100% cotton but in a way that feels soft like 1000 thread count bedsheets in 5-star Hotels, luxurious and silky.

I think everyone out there needs to know how great EZ Tuxedo is! You really came through for me this past week. Last week I needed a Tux on short notice for an event. It was too late to rent one in my area so Mike suggested purchasing one. Since I am an easy fit, I did not hesitate in buying sight unseen.....bottom line is that I had a BEAUTIFUL Wool Tuxedo package delivered to my door within 24 hours! Normally , i write few reviews,but in some cases you have to give people their dues. Old fashioned customer service is alive and well, Mike, went out of this way to get me the tuxedo I wanted,right away, and did what he said he would do,a man of his word.You can tell Mike knows his stuff, this is a one-stop shop,and I will send any one looking for a tuxedo to him. We received the tuxedo right on time. I can't believe the quick turnaround time from purchase to delivery! The tuxedo seems to fit my fiance great. Very little tailoring will be required. Thank you for suggesting the 31 pant. They are perfect on the largest adjustment. Mike,Thank you soooooo much for all of your help in getting the amazing tux to me! Mom got it early enough that she could send it to me, and I could get the pants hemmed and the shirt pressed, all with a week to spare! The wedding ceremony went off without a hitch, and everybody commented on how nice the tux was (especially the people who work at the wedding place).

I love EZ Tuxedo! I received such personalized service when I contacted them looking for specific items by a certain designer for my son's prom. Mike was able to find what I needed in the exact colors, he also helped me determine the correct sizes for the items and rushed the items to me within 48 hours!
